In my second batch of making Japanese Steamed Buns, I had much more success with the actual buns, and I explored a couple more vegetarian fillings.

STEAMED BUNS

I tried making steamed buns last week. I don’t know exactly what was wrong with me…or the recipe, but the buns were dense and gummy. They tasted fine, but they were not up to my standard. So I decided to try again. This time, I followed a new recipe and used more simple filling ingredients.
